（一）项目内容：由于国家对能源基础产业建设力度加大，致使对焊管的需求量大增，特别是对高端高等级焊管的需求。具体地址在太原市晋东广3号。
（二）项目投资估算：总投资2150万美元，自筹1200万美元，拟引资950万美元。
（三）项目建设规模及内容：年产量8万吨该项目计划投资2150万美元，其中固定资产投资1950万美元。现主要问题是土地，急需增设1000KVA变压器一台。
（四）项目配套条件情况：配套设施完善。
（五）项目建成后的市场预测及效益分析：项目建设期一年，全部投资回收期6.6年。目前国内无此规格生产线，该项目建设期短且能带动周边地区能源、钢铁、运输相关行业的发展，预计年销售收入5580万美元，利润总额148、13万美元。

正在申报立项，符合国家和省产业政策。已经国土、环保、城建规划等部门初审同意。

The company was established in 2000 and is located at No.3 Jindongguang, Taiyuan City. It is a private enterprise with the registered capital of RMB5 million and its main business is various types of spiral welded pipes.

4.1 Project Content
As China puts more and more emphasis on energy infrastructure construction, the welded pipes, especially the high class welded pipes are increasingly demanded. The company is located at No.3 Jindongguang, Taiyuan City.
4.2 Investment Budget
The total investment of the project is USD21.5 million, of which, USD12 million raised by the company and USD9.5 million financed by capital attraction.
4.3 Construction Content and Scale
The annual production capacity is 80,000 tons. The estimated total investment of the project is USD21.5 million, USD19.5 million of which is fixed asset investment. The key matter at present is the issue of land and needing another 1,000KVA transformer.

4.5 Market Forecasting & Economic Benefit Analysis
The project construction period is 1 year and the payback period is 6.6 years. Currently there is no such production line available domestically. The construction period of this project is short and relevant industries like energy, iron and steel and transportation in the vicinity of the area will be accordingly promoted. The estimated annual sales revenue will reach USD55.8 million and the total profit will reach USD1.4813 million.
5. Progress of the Preliminary Review of the Applied Project
The project is now under application for final approval. The project is in accordance with the industrial policies set up by the state as well as the province. At present, it has been approved by the relevant authorities in charge of land resources, environmental protection and urban construction through preliminary reviewing.
