（一）项目内容：该项目利用清华大学等科研院所专家多年研制开发试制成功LSF—100A型立式垃圾焚烧炉技术，兴建LSF医疗垃圾焚烧炉成套设备生产线。
（二）项目投资估算：总投资1100万美元，拟引资500万美元。
（三）项目建设规模及内容：年产100台/套医疗垃圾焚烧炉。新增建筑面积11664平方米，新建医疗垃圾焚烧炉设备生产线，新增主要生产及检测设备37台（套），其中需万米生产车间一座，数控加工车间一座1300平方米，数控切割机、数控液压剪板机等生产设备。
（四）项目配套条件情况：场地、道路、水、电、通讯等配套设施完善。
（五）项目建成后的市场预测及效益分析：该项目是国家鼓励发展的环保项目，项目完工达产后，预计年增销售收入4200万美元，利润300万美元，税金150万美元。

The registered capital of the company is RMB4.5 million and the total asset of the company is RMB68.95 million, covering a floor area of over 46,000m2 and construction area of 15,300m2, with total staff of 153. Currently the company mainly deals with development, design and manufacturing of environmental protection equipment and garbage furnace equipment. It is a specialized large scale mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprise in Taiyuan.
4. Project Overview
4.1 Project Content
The project utilizes the LSF-100A vertical garbage furnace technology successfully developed within many years by experts of Qinghua University and other institutes to build the production line of complete equipment for LSF medical garbage furnace.
4.2 Investment Budget
The total investment of the project is USD11 million, USD5 million of which will be financed by capital attraction.
4.3 Construction Content and Scale
It is to be constructed of 100 pieces/sets of medical garbage furnaces annually. 11,664m2 of construction area will be newly covered. A new medical garbage furnace equipment production line is to be built and 37 pieces/sets of main production and analytical equipment will be increased. A production building covering 10,000m2 and a digital-control processing workshop covering 1,300m2 are to be constructed with digital control cutting machines, digital control hydraulic plate cutting machines and other production equipment newly increased.

Site, road, water, electricity, communication and other supporting facilities are available.
4.5 Market Forecasting & Economic Benefit Analysis
The project is an environmentally friendly project encouraged by the national government. After project completion, it is estimated that the annual sales revenue will be increased by USD42 million, profit by USD3 million and tax by USD1.5 million.
5. Progress of the Preliminary Review of the Applied Project
The project is in accordance with the industrial policies set up by the state as well as the province. It has been approved by the development & reform bureau of Wanbolin District. At present, it has been approved by the relevant authorities in charge of land resources, environmental protection and urban construction through preliminary reviewing.
