（一）项目内容：“ZJB-1/24型矿用防爆柴油机自动保护装置”是一套机电一体化的全自动安全控制系统。本装置是国家对矿用防爆柴油机强制性使用的安全保障器件，它对防爆信息的采集灵敏、准确；运算快速、无误；传输合理、可靠；处理使用便捷、有效。
（二）项目投资估算：总投资1380万美元，自筹500万美元，拟引资880万美元。
（三）项目建设规模及内容：年产900套。项目建设内容是基本建设、设备和仪器检测的购置、开发、研究、机样实验经费、申报、验收、取证经费等。
（四）项目配套条件情况：本企业水、电、气基础设施一应俱全，运输任务暂由社会运力承担。
（五）项目建成后的市场预测及效益分析：该柴油机自动保护装置投产后，年产量可达3万台，年产值3000万元人民币，利润999、6万元人民币。填补了这一领域的国内空白，市场前景广阔。

The company is specialized in production of industrial automation, high and low voltage complete sets of switch equipment and monitoring and mining equipment. 4.1 Project Content
ZJB-1/24 Mining Explosion-proof Diesel Engine Automatic Protection Plant is a set of full automatic safety control system of mechanical-electrical integration. The plant is a safety guarantee factor for the mining explosion proof diesel engine which is forced by the national government for utilization. It collects the explosion proof information sensitively and precisely; calculates rapidly with error free; transmits data reasonably and reliably; and the treatment is flexibly and effectively.
4.2 Investment Budget
The total investment of the project is USD13.8 million, of which, USD5 million raised by the company and USD8.8 million financed by capital attraction
4.3 Construction Content and Scale
Annually 900 sets will be delivered. Construction Content includes: basic construction, including purchase, development and research of equipment and instrument, Raise funds for model machine experiment, application, acceptance and certificate acquisition, etc.

Water, electricity, gas and infrastructures are available and the transportation will be temporarily carried out by social forces

After the project is put into production, the annual production capacity will reach 30,000 pieces with annual production value of RMB30 million and annual profit of RMB9.996 million. The domestic vacancy in this field will be filled with promising prospect.
