（一）项目内容：实现柱塞泵销量2万台（件），行走机械变速液压系统10万台（套），内啮合泵销量28万台（件），叶片泵销量11万台（件），液压阀销量60万台（件），汽车转向泵销量50万台（件），大型成套液压系统销量2.5万台（件），电磁铁销量185万台（件）。
（二）项目投资估算：总投资4750万美元。
（三）项目建设规模及内容:增加精加工关键设备、检测设备、扩建厂地等。
（四）项目配套条件情况：配套设施完善。
（五）项目建成后的市场预测及效益分析：项目建设期2年，建成投产后，预计年新增销售收入8750万美元，利润1250万美元，税金1000万美元。

The company was founded in Oct. 1950 with the registered capital of RMB662.6 million and staff members of 18,509. In 1998, Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., the first public company in heavy machinery industry in China was established with crane, rolling mill, forging press, excavator, gear box and roller oil film bearing, big castings and forgings, locomotive wheels and shafts, coke ovens, space launching devices, arena facilities, hydraulic components and so on as its main products.

The project will realize annual sales of 20,000 pieces displacement pumps, 100,000 pieces/sets travel mechanical speed-changed hydraulic systems, 280,000 pieces internal gearing pumps, 110,000 pieces blade pumps, 600,000 pieces hydraulic valves, 500,000t automobile turning pumps, 25,000 pieces big scale compete sets of hydraulic systems and 1,850,000 pieces magnetic plugs.

The construction period is 2 years and after project startup, the estimated annual increased sales revenue of USD87.5 million, the annual increased profit of USD12.5 million and the tax of USD10 million will be realized.

The project is in accordance with the industrial policies set up by the state as well as the province. At present, it has been approved by the relevant authorities in charge of land resources, environmental protection and urban construction planning through preliminary reviewing.
