四、项目概况
（一）项目内容：新建的小店区二中为三年全日制高中，设30个班，每个年级10个班。目前该区只有一所高中，共42个班，每个年级14个班，每个班在70人左右，严重超编，就这还远远不能满足全区就学需求，初中升学率只有50%左右。所以新建一所高中已迫在眉睫。
（二）项目投资估算: 总投资2000万美元，拟引资1300万美元。
（三）项目建设规模及内容：该项目占地400亩，建成后可容纳4000名学生就学。教学综合楼、教室、宿舍、操场等。
（四）项目配套条件情况：水、电、暖、汽、通讯等配套设施完善。
（五）项目建成后的市场预测及效益分析：该项目建成后可容纳4000名学生就学，可进一步满足全区就学需求。

符合国家和省产业政策。经太原市小店区发改局立项。已经国土、环保、城建规划等部门初审同意。

The above-mentioned organization is listed in the functional bureaus of Xiaodian District Government which is in charge of the project.
4. Project Overview
4.1 Project Content
The newly built No.2 High School of Xiaodian District is a full time, three-year high school, with 30 classes, 10 classes for each grade. Currently, there is only one high school in the district, with a total of 42 classes, 14 classes for each grade and around 70 students in each class. This is well above the set quota and far from meeting the schooling needs in the whole district. The proportion of students entering junior high schools is only around 50%. Therefore, a new high school urgently needs to be built.
4.2 Investment Budget
The total investment is estimated to be 20 million USD, of which, 13 million USD will be attracted from foreign fund.
4.3 Construction Scale and Content
The project will occupy area 400mu. After its completion, the school will hold 4,000 students for study. The construction of the project includes comprehensive teaching building, classroom, dormitory, playground etc.

The supporting facilities, such as water, electric power, heating, gas and communication facilities are completed and ready

After its completion, it will be admitting 4000 students to enjoy education and meet the schooling demand of all school-aged in the district.
5. Progress of the Preliminary Review of the Applied Project
The project is in accordance with the industrial policies set up by the state as well as the province. It has been approved to register by Reform and Development Bureau in Xiaodian District It has been approved by the relevant authorities in charge of land resources, environmental protection and urban construction and planning through preliminary examination.
