Project Overview 4.1 Project Description This project is categorized as social public welfare occupation. The occupied area is 4.2 hectares among which the main gymnasium accounts for 30,000 square meters with 3,000 audience seats. Other affiliated facilities, service and warming up training fields account for 10,000 square meters. 4.2. Investment Budget The land is assigned from the government and the total investment is about 15 million USD that will be an attracted capital. 4.3. Supporting Conditions The supporting facilities are able to meet the demands in its construction period and after its being put into operation. 4.4 Market Forecasting and Economic Benefit Analysis The construction of Swimming & Diving Gymnasium can meet the demands of domestic and provincial sports games in the future of quite a long period in our city. It can accommodate about 60 persons or so at one time for professional training and meet the demands of the citizens of our city for swimming and diving fields. Particularly, when combined with the current facilities of the Binhe Sports Center, there will be great comprehensive benefits in body-building, accommodation, food and drink and tourism. 5. Progress of the Preliminary Review of the Applied Project It is consistent with the industrial policies in both the state level and the provincial level. At present, it has been approved by the relevant authorities in charge of land resources, environment protection and urban construction planning through preliminary reviewing.
